The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." This collaborative approach puts you at the center of our work together. You set the agenda for each session and define success on your terms. My role is not to direct but to guide—asking powerful questions and creating a space where insights can emerge and transformation can take root.
